Starting the new year off…with PENGUINS!

Hello denizens of the internet, I hope your holidays and new year’s went well! Mine were pretty quiet, was actually ill for a little while, but I’m back and ready to take on a (hopefully) artistic new year. As the first completed cg of 2011, I drew…PRINNIES,THOUSANDS OF THEM. Alright…not thousands of them, but three. As a result of drawing said prinnies, I have a song from Disgaea2 stuck in my head now. Someone please remind me not to draw demonic penguins again? Had a lot of fun working on those little panels for the background, making them all nice and vectory. And after all that vectoring and a little flat colouring, the end result was pretty nice. Ahhh flat colouring, gives things a nice look without shading and is fast! Definitely need to do more stuff like that in the future, if only for this art project.
